Bird Academy to impart soft skills to Sikkim’s forest officials
The objective of this specialised training program is to provide knowledge, build confidence and a deeper understanding of their responsibilities, which will further enhance the customer service skills of these officials. The training will be imparted to 26 officers of the Sikkim forest department, the training will include customer service, administrative duties, grooming and etiquette, and communication.
